Burnishers are dental hand instruments with a hollow handle ranging from 9 to 9.5 mm in diameter , normally used at the end of dental restoration procedures or operations. They are used for polishing and contouring amalgam fillings and to polish composite fillings. It is a process to emphasize grooves and to shave off surplus fins. Burnishers are used to smooth the mixture after condensing with its unique standards. It is the most used instrument in dental practice and dental filling procedures.
Our Aver Burnisher Dental Instruments are provided with double-sided use. The one edge of the burnisher is looked like a cylindrical shape and the other side is ended with the egg-shaped ball at the tip of the sharp edge. It is highly used in order to scoop the amalgam fillings and places into the mouth. It is ideal for large fillings.
