Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, seals, and documentation.
  • Sterility: Due to the nature of dental surgical instruments, any item that has been opened from its sterile packaging or used in a clinical setting is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is found to be defective upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:
