1. Our Shipping Partner
To ensure the highest level of reliability across the UK, all Aura9 orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. We utilize their premium tracked services to ensure your high-value instruments are monitored from our door to yours.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer the following delivery tiers to suit your practice’s needs:
- Standard Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 48):
- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
- Express Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 24):
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.
- Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day):
- Delivery Time: Next working day by 1:00 PM
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands.
3. Order Processing
- Dispatch Days: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after [2:00 PM] will be processed the following working day.
- Verification: For security purposes, first-time orders may undergo a brief verification check which could slightly delay dispatch.
4. Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Royal Mail Tracking Number. You can use this number on the Royal Mail Tracking Portal to view the real-time status of your delivery.
5. Signature & Receipt
Because our products are high-value surgical instruments, most deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for You” card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from a local delivery office.
6. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
While Royal Mail is exceptionally reliable, delays can occasionally occur due to weather or industrial action.
