Impression trays used to hold the Impression material in place to take a Impression of the tissue surfaces in the oral cavity. It is a device used to carry, confine & control the impression material from the patient mouth. Its purpose is to give rigid support to the impression material & Facilitate the introduction of impression material to the mouth. We have different types of impression trays available & listed with their different size.
Impression trays hold the impression material while the impression is being created intraorally, and then provide a firm backing to make sure the impression is a free of distortions as it finishes setting.
